A culture of kindness
Brighton College staff love to understand each young person - their strengths, their talents and what makes them unique. This is integral to nurturing a child’s confidence and happiness. Young people flourish when they feel listened to and are treated with kindness and respect. We celebrate the uniqueness of every young person: sporty, arty, scholarly, outgoing or reserved – there is no “type” at Brighton College. We want children to be happy in themselves and kind to one another.
A love of learning
Everyone’s life can be transformed by an inspirational teacher. Brighton College attracts great teachers to work in their schools. If you were to ask a pupil in any one of our schools what makes Brighton special, you are likely to hear them say, ‘Our amazing teachers’. Their talent, commitment and kindness are why Brighton College schools consistently rank among some of the highest performing in the world.
